Unable to add Penguins?

If you're attempting to assign a Club Penguin account to your CPAdders account and it is not working, we recommend trying the following:

  1. Double check your password - did you enter it correctly?
  2. Clear your cache or try a different browser.
  3. Try creating a new CPAdders account and assigning it to that one.
  4. If it still doesn't work, open a ticket.
